Helo! Nice video by the way. But I tried to calculate the Np take into account the ETD49 for 50 KHz and a Bmax at 1800 gave me 20 turns. If I take the 30 turns and check for Bmax, it will be around 1200. I found that the cross secționale area of the core to be 1.63 square cm.

I am looking at a schematic right now and cannot determine where voltage reference comes from… Probably because of the stupid flags not meaning anything

I'm sure there are better solution than transformer for the 12v secondary, almost same dimensions as the ETD49/54 Then FLOAT 160V + HVDC 320V... no, I never liked that concept and so much current going through one capacitor C29. I don't know how it will behave with the dynamics of the music, with the peaks in the current which can be up to 10 times higher than the nominal current, I always prefer a toroidal transformer over a switching power supply! I have transformers older than 30 years and they have no problem EVER, try to convince me that switching power supply will last more than 2-3 years, and spare sparts... man, avoid if possible
I wasted a lots of time and money on this circuit and I gotta say its a huge disappointment. I have checked many times, everything is perfect just like showed in the video but the output is unbalanced even if loaded with resistor +50v 0 -83v transformer is perfectly balanced, not the problem. The worst part is that its blowing ultra fast 30A diodes WITHOUT A LOAD after a few minutes. This circuit is a disaster dont even try it.

Its most likely a flyback. Has an air gap so cannot be used here. Its half bridge.
