hi everyone, i want to read the bible. do i read the old testament first then new, or just the new testament. any feedback on where to start will be much appreciated. i do not want to be decieved.

Sure because a fallen angel can be a prophet of God and have the Holy Spirit.
Maybe get through Genesis first because the New testament references the history in Genesis and it would make more sense to you. I started reading the bible straight through and got through the first few books but decided to jump to the New Testament which is much easier to read.
I have a question: Why did the Lord let the Jews back into the Holy land? They were expelled for not believing on Him, and they still don't believe on the Lord for the most part... What happened to let them back in, in 1948?
I know, I am trying to get these Christians that support the Synagogue of Satan to think critically about it....

Jews are not worshiping the same God we are, they deny Jesus; therefore they don't have the Father.
Steve Stephenson they do not deny Jesus. they believe that Jesus was not resurected but stolen from the grave. but the bible also state that salvation is for the Jews first then the gentiles. same when it comes to condemnation. meaning lots of Jews have what we christians believe. now remember when God was about to destroy sodom and Gomorah, and Abraham bargained with God down to TEN people (remember it was sodom, not a promised land of God). so can you imagine God not allowing His own people back into a land He had already promised them. and I can bet you there are more than ten people who believes that Jesus died, resurected and will come back soon.

Dear Pastor Lawson. I found the Lord approximately six months ago and was recently baptised. You were instrumental in leading me to the Lord Jesus Christ. I have followed your teachings very very closely and I really admire you. But something in my heart lead to me to ask you this question. Why are you such a strong supporter of the state of Israel? It is my understanding that God banished Israelites from Israel because they did not accept his son Jesus Christ and they are not entitled to return to the promised land until they repent and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour. So with a very heavy heart, I must ask why are you strongly support the state of Israel? I feel like either you have been deceived, or, even worse, maybe even worse, you have deceived me and your flock? Hopefully, it is just a simple case of me not understanding the Bible properly? Please, can someone help me with this? It has been troubling me very deeply and I cannot find the answer. As I said, I really admire you Pastor Lawson and thank you for everything you have done for me but I think this is such an important topic and I need clarification? Please, please, please someone help me?
Gideon Crusader - thanks Gideon -,my goodness you have so much information in your reply - I have a lot of research to do and it feels very overwhelming with so much information to get through. I'm still very confused but I will try and work my way through it. I just got very scared all of a sudden as I thought I was being mislead by Pastor Lawson.

Freedom Fighter while I believe God did restore Israel in a day in 1948. The modern Zionist movement is not to be trusted. We should not blindly follow and support any Govt. I think the church is deceived in giving full support to Israel's government. It says in the Bible ,Psalm 122:6King James Version (KJV)

Everybody knows the true peace that's coming is coming through our LORD Jesus Christ. No govt or man on this earth can do that. There will be a man of sin that brings fake peace. We are not to be deceived.
