Food looks good! And Dalvin there’s nothing wrong with working out in the morning. I wake up at 4 am during the week to workout before work (on my off Fridays I work out at 8). On Saturday mornings, I work out at 8 am. Your dad is right, it burns calories throughout the day. Most times ppl who wait until late in the day 9 out of 10 wont workout or they will only put in half the effort. Boy start listening to ppl when good advice is given!!! 🤗❤️
