Build idea: make Vlad’s mansion into apartments using the for rent system, and have each apartment be for a different occult type. So basically turn Vlad’s house into a supernatural boarding house
idk how easy this will be to pull off- the apartment system in build mode causes a lot of lag!
@@gretagoogamesyou just have to build it in regular residential then turn it into rentals after your done. That’s what I have to do 😅

IDEA: Do a timed challenge, but with no base game, let yourself be overwhelmed by all the choices, so only use packs/kits to do a build!

Or, alternatively, a timed challenge where you spin for a different pack / set of packs for each room. Both overwhelming because you can’t use base game, but slightly less intense because you don’t have EVERYTHING at once.
Kayla, doing more with a build in 30 minutes than EA would do for an official pack build 😂
Challenge idea! 1 minute per 1,000 simoleons. Example if you have 20,000 simoleons then you have 20 minutes to build a house. But use a randomly generated number❤

Or start with a a certain number, say even 20,000, when you spend 1,000 you lose one minute. >:)
What if she gets a weird number like 9678, would that be 10 minutes, 9 minutes or 9.678 minutes?
next time simsie should do the "building a sims house on a plane at cruising altitude" challenge

The amount of times I have been really battling my mental health, i can't even bring myself to play sims but I can put on lilsimsie and she brightens my day❤ I hope she reads these and knows how much we love and appreciate her ❤️ 💗
Spin-the-wheel speed build challenge: random set a timer for each room (eg, variable from 1 min to 5 mins), where you only get that exact amount of time to do each part of the house!
Suggested times:
5-15 mins for the shell
3-10 mins for the roofing and windows
1-5 mins for the landscaping
1-5 mins for decorating each room

I think this Victorian-ish style with a tower is Simsie's next favorite to build after a blue suburban. 😄
I would love to see you take on a "no base game" build/challenge. Obviously walls and roofs are mandatory, but no buy items, no windows/doors/paint/floors. Would be neat!

Desert dweller chiming in just to say the landscaping looks great! Oftentimes these desert lots with grass, real or fake, have greener landscaping that isn’t native to the area, so anything you do is realistic. I’m proud of you for learning about this and including more plants, keep it up! 🐰💕

build idea: decorate the house as you normally would, but reversed. so the bottom floor would be second floor rooms like bedrooms and bathrooms, and the second level would be the usual ground floor things like kitchen, living room, etc. i think this would be really fun and interesting.
I am always so impressed with how fast Simsie can build!

Challenge :A three bed two bath house with some kind of skill room, the only things that can be neutral/black white are windows and doors.
I haven’t played the sims in like 15 years but for some reason theses videos soothe me so much
This is really cute! I was disappointed that you didn't use the colorful siding, though. I'd love to see you branch out by using more colorful walls since you usually seem to avoid them. I'd also love some builds that aren't just family homes with one master bedroom and multiple kids' rooms. It would be great to see a roommates situation, or childless adult with elder parents living in their house, or just more rooms dedicated to hobbies.

But why it kinda works? Maybe it's just that I have condition limiting energy, but when I tell myself that I don't have time to get overwhelmed and I'll worry later when I'll be on the couch I usually forget about it in 10 seconds. But if I only remembered that it works.. 😂

Someone should make this: Sims house under 30 minutes a esport. You have all the competitors, trying to make a house in a specific style in least of 30 minutes. And at the end the best house wins.
@@Danilez666 Omg it would be so chaotic and funny if they did this but all competitors in the same house, like if kayla and dan got their friends over and set up their computers. then they swap every 10 minutes or so but have to take their style with them. for example, kayla starts off building a super modern house but then she switches with dan and dan continues her build but with a tudor style. it would make for some crazy looking houses but it would definitely be fun!
@@onlyroseofficial oh If you are interested in Watching something like this, a RUclipsr: Syd Mac, did this exact challenge: two persons making one house and then switching. One makes the shell, another the inside and they keep going until the house has four floors.

Build idea: build the rooms one at a time, you can decide how to fit together, but basically do the floor plan and interior first, and the exterior LAST.
