Awesome to see your ride! They took you a little further down than they took my ride; we didn't get as far as the PRR bridge. You caught a glimpse of me at River Road in Auburn, but my back was already to you when you went by because I had panned with 2102. Glad we got to catch up in Port Clinton that morning and glad you had a good ride too!
Thanks! And yeah, I’m not sure why we went so much further; we went under the bridge and I was like, “why aren’t we stopping?” Of course, i didn’t mind the extra ride lol. And yeah, I did my best to wave at Auburn, and I’m glad we caught up that morning as well
@@PANortheasternRailfan I suspect that since I was on the first ride of the day, they might not have had a clear idea on how far they could go in the allotted time. Then they made adjustments on the later runs. I had noted the times they were at various crossings, and the 1:00 and 3:00 trains were "late" on the return trips, now I see why. I did catch your wave on my fixed view camera! I saw it while editing, and that was a nice surprise, thanks!
@@JamieMakin That would make sense, since I kinda noticed the return times were a little different per trip as well. And I'm glad you caught me lol, wasn't sure if you would
Very nice. I wish I could've made it but perhaps next year. 2102 is a great ride behind. I recommend doing the full run at some point when you get the chance.
