45/30 NDC BUT I CAN BEARLY SEE | Ultimate Custom Night

hey guys! welcome back to another one of my videos. this is my completion of 45/30* NDC with only 70% power total and limited vision, i dont know if this is classed as a greenrun, as using 64% of your total power is still a lot.
this is technically not 45/30, but ive tried to keep the deviation as tiny as possible and the score is the same, so its still basically the same.
