‘About time’: NSW government announces tough new bail laws

Sky News host Peta Credlin has welcomed the New South Wales government’s tough new bail reforms.
The NSW government on Tuesday revealed a series of reforms designed to make it harder for alleged domestic violence perpetrators to get bail.
Ms Credlin said it was “about time” new measures were brought in.

the issue becomes similar to that within the US....To which caliber are our judges educated? Can we hold university education and meritocracy sacred as also recognising a major lapse in reality based education?
The small fraction whom commit the most, yes, not suitable for community. I can also see this being weaponised... you will know because they were filming...and got very popular, very quickly... ;)
