Putting the lights in those little Christmas trees is an awesome idea.
I so would have picked up those peppermint Xmas trees also..my grandmother always had that candy at Xmas time and reminds me of her..great score!

From a dear friend, I learned to make a dish graveyard with beautiful pieces of broken glass so that it can continue to be enjoyed. Utilize any area where people or animals will not be harmed strategically placing the pieces. They bring much joy, and rescue the abandoned.

My dog was on my lap watching with me and loved the dancing candy corn. Her head was tilting. I never knew she watched you. The farming shows I know she does.

I've never caught my local GW clearing shelves of hard goods but then they have a pretty good system of selling them as they go down real cheap after the 50% sale and you don't find much left with those color tags. I have seen them pulling clothes but we have a bin store and a 99¢ GW store in the region they likely get shipped to or go to the rag buyer.
