Man...calf strains have been a kryptonite for myself too over the years - talk with your team doc/physio in regards to sport and day to day custom orthotics, that's what I was molded for this summer (along with proper rehab/prehab etc) to ensure my body's properly aligned to force appropriate muscle contraction while running/jumping. Hope it's already healed by this point, too !
