Pls try the kof 98 um version one. It has a different moveset and also some new special moves and desperation (super) moves. And also the oomiwa has a Ex that has rugal’s omega blast with end (which is a EX)
when i was a kid i played a Kof Mugen game on my browser. Orochi had a broken moveset and there was an animation where he would rip out the heart. I wonder if i ever gonna find the game
I don't think there's Orochi in the Switch version, but generally speaking, you must find the right moments to use special moves, if you use them without criteria, you will be punished and you will lose
He is not available normally or with code in the Neo Geo version, you have to use some code available with dipswitches or hacked versions. The only version that has a code to unlock him is the Playstation/Saturn version afaik.
