The raising of the Olympic rings gave me chills. That was very cool! But also gave me heart palpitations hoping none of the acrobatic stunt people would fall!!! Whew!! They were incredible!
The fake crowd noise would definitely lead you to think everyone enjoyed it until you notice that the whole crowd mysteriously goes from applause to silence instantly the moment the speakers start being used again.
2024 was wayy better as a spectator. Volley ball at the Eiffel Tower, Fencing at the Grand Palais, Horse Riding in the Versailled and an athlete catwalk for fans by the Eiffel. Not forgetting the public marathon, women's marathon, and artistic shows every day. Never again will we have venues that lived up to this quality.

Everything is fake! Performers can’t even sing their songs without auto tune and prerecorded tapes edited together.
