I do a body scan meditation every day and it's been part of my meditation practice of 10 years for the past 6 months. I do a 15 minute scan. Start at the top of the head and scan down the back of the body to the toes then up the front to shoulders down the arms then up to the top of the head again. It's been a revelation. Try it. ❤️

Yes, find yoga, yog nidra, few pranayam, nature walks and most music and art engagements quite helpful....in becoming mindful, not headless or overthink. Haha
