@@fistbumpbros Not only that, but also because of the shitty unfriendly NPC behavior as well and such. Like for example if you ever crashed into a NPC's vehicle they would get pissed and then they get out and fight you for NO reason. They NEVER ever did that ridiculous behavior in GTA III and VC, ever!

I still have mine. The last time I checked, it still turns on, but the screen is very dim, almost black. Can't use it.

As far as I can recall, you can change the brightness in the BIOS. You do need to sit up close with that dim screen though.

@@OddDudeSays when pushing the power button, hit the DEL and F2 button repeatedly. This will get you in the BIOS. Go to VIDEO, push the right button on the direction pad to go to BRIGHTNESS, press ENTER and tap the RIGHT directional button to get that brightness up. Press ESC, press SAVE AND EXIT.

@@fistbumpbros Thanks. I've tried it. It turned out that I only had to hit F2 to get to BIOS. I turned up the BRIGHTNESS, but it's still dark.
However, I can see the screen if I look at from an angle with a flashlight. So I know the computer still works.

If that's the case, then your lcd panel might just be broken. It eminates light from it's source. You can surely buy new panels from sites like Aliexpress. I did this to many laptops as well.

Mine didn't come with that GPU, and it shows when I try some of the more demanding maps in Star Wars Battlefront. I need that nvidia gpu.

If yoy are going to get a Dell from this Era get a Alienware or a xps. They are essentially the same bit look so much cooler.

There is a laptop like this one made by dell but more advanced for gaming because it's dell XPS its 40$ it works I want to buy it but what do you think

I think you mean the Dell M1730. That's still on my wishlist. If I ever come across that one, instant buy. And so should you. Get it at that price dawg.

@@fistbumpbros M1710 and M170/Gen2 are more similar to this and the Inspiron 9400. The M1730 is a bigger laptop, I think.
