Exploratory Regression and GWR

In week 13, we discuss exploratory regression and geographically weighted regression (GWR). Exploratory regression and GWR are two more tools for your spatial analysis toolbelt that, like OLS, help us understand causal factors behind observed phenomena.

Since GWR calculates coefficient for each region by considering its neighbour, does that means coeficients for region on map edges are less reliable?
