Girly the same thing happened to my husband and I we booked a hotel through Expedia and wornt able to make it to vegas so we called to cancel to get our money back so we literally spoke to the manager at the hotel Expedia told us the same thing that it was up to the hotel of they wanted to give the money back or not so hells no we wornt having it I mean if we wornt gonna be able to make it why would we still pay so when we spoke to the hotel manager they told us they couldnt do anything about it this and that so we called our bank to cancel the transaction and we got our money back because at the end of the day is our money so yea next time u know don't stress over it just call ur bank and cancel ur transaction
