I have tried to make some headway with this very important material for 40 years ( I wrote the date in 1984 in my schoolbook when I started trying to get a hold on this - with zero success ) and, finally, I have found a teacher ! Thank you. David Lixenberg, now 65.
Now i don't have to remember the values,i can logically get the values on my own.The way you explained, i will never forget.🙏🙏 Thank you so much ma'am, it helped me a lot.❤️❤️
I doesn't get any video regarding this topic I investigated youtube but I didn't get. But as soon as I opened this video lecture I got clearly understood about the basics THANKS MADAM🤗
What a beautiful symmetrical diagram of 8 congruent triangles was hidden ! Thanks for revealing it to all to avoid confusion which arises due to remembering formulas and solving problems without understanding the concept.❤❤ ❤😊
Thank you so much , such a great explanation. I’ve been confused about this topic for so longi just memorized it all for the test which i didn’t do well , now i understand how this work, thanks 💕
That's because you live a life that is not supported by sheer knowledge. For example - work as a NASA's aerospace engineer and you'll encounter maths/physics and aerodynamics every day. Dont blame education institutions just because you don't live an igneous life!
Thank you very much for making this video, ma'am. It was very clear to me, I've seen some other explanations on this topic on my textbook and from other teachers but I didn't understand a single thing. However, this explanation was extremely clear and easy to understand. Again, thank you very much. Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
It took me a long time to realize this was about the coordinates. I've always wondered how the hell they measure the cos and sin of angles larger than 90 degrees😂
Mam i can't able to understand that how I should thanks you i am wasted my three on this topic and lastly i am very much disappointed and about to leave it but Fortunenatly i see your video. Thank you so much mam.
And the same question for Why cos(270+theta) = sintheta when it's projected to negative part of the Y axis and the same question Why sin(270+theta) = -costheta when it's projected to positive part of the X axis?
The best way to clarify your doubt is, assign some arbitrary values to x and y in the first quadrant, which are nothing but cos and sine respectively. After that, instead of writing sin and cos as coordinates, you go on assigning x and y values as you go on getting for cos and sin with proper signs. Compare individual values with those you have in the First quadrant of cos theta and sin theta. In some cases, as you already know values of cos would be that of sine's and vice versa with signs per the quadrant. That should eliminate your doubt. We actually compare values of the coordinates in the brackets.
Why cos(90+theta) = -sintheta when it's projected to positive part of the Y axis and the same question Why sin(90+theta) = costheta when it's projected to negative part of the X axis?
Because 90 plus theta comes in second quadrant and in second quadrant VALUE OF COS IS NEGATIVE that’s why cos 90 plus theta is equal toNEGATIVE sin theta. AND in seconf part 90 plus theta again is in second quadrant but the VALUE OF SINE in second quadrant is positive that’s why sin 90 plus theta is equal to POSITIVE cos theta

Mam, are the angles for (90+theta) correct? Because sin is positive in 2nd Q. Kindly clarify.
Never ever in my life had I ever got this 🤣..but yea

Thank you so much for explaining this to me, I don't think that I'd ever have to watch any other video to understand this topic again
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUUUUU!!!!! I DID NOT UNDERSTAND AND WAS SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR AGES AND YOU FINALLY MADE ME UNDERSTAND!!!! TYSM!!
Thanks a lot because it’s a great video in Trigonometry. 🇧🇩
Wonderful mam,but please l want to know how coordinate of the point on circle in 2nd quadrant will be cos(90+angle) and sin(90+angle).
the sheer number of ppl say that just remember it is astounding thanks
Thank you so much... This is exactly what I was searching for. Great explanation Ma'am.
Thank you mam...i think so this is one of the most underrated videos...it must have at least 800k views...at least
Thank you so much Ma'am . Very well explained. 😊
one of the best explanations on trigonometry on whole yt!!
One thing I have yet to grasp is how do you extend this type of argument to theta >90°?
Yes and why radius is 1? In this video
Why even theta not change
The radius is one because the triangles formed are similar to the ones formed with a circle with an arbitrary radius
Outstanding explanation. Thankyou so much.
How did you take the angles as 90+theta, 180+theta.....?
Thank you very much. I was unable to understand this topic.
I can't explain your teaching style in words ❣️
Thanku u very much mam... this helped a lot...

It help me a lot, thanks a million.
very good explain - thank you
Why Sin (90 + THETA ) is not Cos -THETA ? because the 2nd quadrant has cos as negative ?
Really helpful, would love to see the same thing with the tan and cot!
Thank you mam..... This helps a lot to every student ..... Your osm
thank you very much☺️☺️
thankyou so much maam. I was worried that I wouldn't understand this concept. YOu made it amazingly easy ma'am thank you
for cos(90-θ) wouldnt it be adjacent/ hypotenuse which would be cosθ/1, im confused
Great mam I understand this your videos
Mast. Concept wise smjhaya. 👍👍
Mdm good explanation before seeing this video I was realy confused on this topic but now it's very easy to learn thanks aloooo..t
Beautiful concept in just few minutes, thanks
What about that for 90 degree and 270 degree the signs get changed. Like sin - cos. Tan - cot and sec - to cosec .
Got little bit confused plz help🙏

What is the value of sin²(180+x) is it sin²x or -sin²x
Nailed it ! More power!
I have a problem, what is sin(A-360°). Cos(90°+A), hw do I solve this
Put it as sin(-(360-A))=-sinA
Tq mam but we want Total values
Allied angles would've made it much simpler.
Thanks
