Hi Darren, thanks for this latest update. Did the doctors say what caused your bowel to rupture? I`m interested as I`ve suffered with stomach problems for 30 years.
I bet when you come down to a healthier weight, you`ll say to yourself," why didn`t I do this earlier?" Hope everything goes ok.
I`m just going down for my fish and chips now, sorry about that.

Hi Geoff I hope you are well. The issue was an infection and I got diverticulitis. I can’t wait for it. My operation is on the 15th of June and I start my milk diet on the 1st of June. We are away this weekend on the Isle of Wight 😀. A new Vlog of this will be coming up. Enjoy the fish and chips mate 😀.
