I am a heart patient with aortic mechanical valve in my heart and on blood thinners name warfarin . Sir iam going through I think third episode of the reflux , it’s not getting well though today is one week passed by taking esomeprazole but it’s not respond at all , may be I can’t see you as I am in the USA , I need some of your guidance towards what way should I adopt , thanks
