I went to see The Chisel in Jacksonville Florida recently and they were fantastic but Home Front stole my heart. I'm 56 and didn't know that a young band could resurrect the 80s so well. I've been to hundreds of shows since 1984 and they absolutely nailed it. The bands I grew up with are getting old so do yourself the biggest favor and go see them because you will be pleasantly surprised. That Repo Man shit is fiiiiiiiiiiiiire af!!! But not as ❤🔥as Brandi's moves and grooves. The way she just smiles and sways thru all these songs creates a whole atmosphere & attitude that you rarely have the fortune of experiencing first hand, especially in the genres that inspire HF. I loved this fucking band from the first 20 seconds of hearing them, and a huge EDGE CITY REPO NERD, so this vid's prolly my favorite "official," though some of them live shows are fucking wild and make me wanna move all the fuckin' way out of Austin just to get a taste of the real thing. Cheers and thanks for the tunes.
They're a punk band playing New Wave, a la Blitz's 2nd LP... I like them, but I don't think it's as mind-meltingly groundbreaking as many are making it
