Thank you for posting this. Really interesting to hear the songs that got rejected. Glad they got out there and found an audience, even if it's a small one!
Since 2008, The Klaxons have been in my top 5 all time bands. They have their own genre ffs, and the masses don't even know of them! Stunningly frustrating, but in a way complimentary, as I've noticed many of the most popular songs and musicians are completel 🗑. Avant Garde, rhythmically serene, harmonious, bumpin beats, this band is a menagerie of all things brilliant in music. They also have kept their material concise, unlike other bands(Coldplay, Stone Temple Pilots, NIN, etc.), its about quality, not quantity.Their first two albums are 11/10, eternal masterpieces. I really don't get wtf they were thinking with their rave album, the third one. Even still, it had some catchy electro. Guess their done now, out like Barry Sanders, a shooting star 🌠 that will reverberate thru my musical vernacular always.
@@felipeortega4975 they released this, and they made it an ep because these were all songs that were considered rejects that never made it on Surfing the Void
One of the best EPs EVER
If anyone reads this, here's the tracklist:
0:00 - The Pale Blue Dot
4:06 - Silver Forest
7:39 - Ivy Leaves
11:25 - Wildeflowers
15:28 - Marble Fields
Thanks 🤠
Marble Fields is a Masterpiece
wildeflowers is an unforgettable track
Awesome album... one of my favorites overall.

@@timothycoomswell3695 weird, because some of the album sound a lot more experimental than these in my opinion
