Quite an interesting project. A few of those does look very small (maybe young). Let us know if they are able to carry the pregnancy for the full term.
They are just young. But we have given them two months to grow since they arrived. And now breeding them. We believe until delivery time comes they would good size to be able to deliver with no issues.
This is great I am already enticed. I am still starting out will I be able to get Boer kids and Galla kids at some point?
These ones have already been booked. Maybe the next round.

Have you considered crossing the Galla Goat with the Savanna Goat ?
The Savanna Goat is very similar to the Boer goat, more hardy and is better forager than boer. Also both goats( Savanna and Galla) are all white.
Unfortunately I have no Savannas. I know they are also a great breed but I don't have the genetical materials to do the trials.

Don't you have another crossbreeding programme going on or maybe I am misremembering? Anyway, sturdy looking ladies.
The other project I'm using local Small East African goat (SEA) does crossing them with Galla bucks and then cross the crosses of local SEA with Galla with Boer bucks. The outcome with be a composite with three bloodlines. This one on the other hand will be a straight cross of Boer and Galla.
