I am not a fan of Heather but I will say she's the only housewife that if you watch her old seasons to today her marriage has remained consistent these 2 are very connected they have a very good relationship and it's so lovely to see how she saved his life

So glad you went to the hospital Terry. Thank you for sharing your story and telling people not to ignore warning signs. My mother was a widow when she was 42 years old with 4 kids. Hugs to you Terry and Heather and to your family. 🥰💕💕💕

Poor Mom. My sister in law had a few. Worst one happened while she was asleep; hours passed, before anyone knew it had happened, so significant damage was done.

I'm just so happy that you are ok! Heather is your hero! The same thing happened to my husband! We were just sitting down talking and the next thing i know he could not speak suddenly i knew he was having a TIA that last about a minute or so i grab the phone to dial 911 and he did not want me too. So i just ran into my room locked the door call 911 and the EMS show up but my husband refuse to go! So i pled for him to go if i drive him after about 30 minutes we went to the hospital and they said your wife saved your life! I MYSELF FOUND OUT I HAD A SILENT MASSIVE STROKE AND DID NOT HAVE NO SYMPTOMS UNTIL I HAD A BAD MIRGRAINE HEADACHE AND DOCTORS TOOK MRI AND CT SCAN AND SAID DID YOU KNOW U SUFFERED A MASSIVE STROKE I WAS IN SHOCK UNTIL TODAY I'M STILL IN SHOCK!
Sadly women usually have zero symptoms or atypical symptoms. Now in medical school they are teaching this but 20+ years ago it wasn’t taught. The old studies were all done on men as well as trials for medication. In the past they weren’t done on women cause they didn’t think it affected them as much yet it remains in the top 2 deaths of women. I’m glad you and your husband are alright.

Many studies are still focused on men…I don’t know why that is and I still find doctors are very dismissive of women.I’ve had heart attacks and almost died with the first one bc they didn’t take me serious until they FINALLY ran the blood test ( after an ambulance brought me in) after suffering with excruciating pain for 3 hours in ER then they were “ we’re going to try to save your life”…FINALLY! I truly know the “ flight or fight” reaction.I truly hope doctors start to take women seriously!

A lot of people make fun of heather bu the one thing they cannot touch is her lover for her husband and kids. Just looking at her try not to cry and the pain in her eyes is enough for me. I’m happy Terry is still here with us, I really like home and his passion on helping individuals. He also needs to help himself!
No truer words spoken. My f-I-l had a small stroke while at Mass. He couldn’t recall how to drive home. My opinion, his wife should of INSISTED that he needed to go to the hospital, ASAP. Literally, a 5 minute drive from their home. He was in bad shape, and spent 60 days in the hospital. Passed away on Easter. Take this health scare very serious, minutes can prevent more harm.

So heartbreaking and scary… I understand how Terry reacted, I’ve had heart issues for years and just waited for it to clear … I NEVER WOULD GO TO THE ER…

You could probably feel the tension in the room as soon as Matt said the name ‘Nene’.. lol. But I love that he put her in the mix!
Last sept I woke at 6 am with pain in my chest. I thought- I’ll call the GP when it opens at 8am. Within 10 mins the pains spread to my under arm, then down to my fingers in my right arm, all the while I’m still thinking - I’ll call the GP when he opens. Then, what freaked me out was the tightness travelling up my throat to my jaw, locking it & took my breath away - I just wanted to sleep. I called an ambulance. I was treated for a heart attack & had an angiogram procedure. Thankfully after a series of investigations they diagnosed Myocarditis.
The lesson here? Call an ambulance at the first sign of trouble. 🙏🏻

Love them both together, we need to listen to our wife! So glad your here! My son and nephew were with my father when he had a heart attack he didn't want them to call a ambulance. They call me i told them to not listen call one give him a bayer aspirin sit him up and they saved his life!❤❤❤

This happened to my husband a few years ago it’s absolutely terrifying when it happens so I’m sorry to hear you’ve all gone through this

My husband had 4 TIAs in 6 hours, 7 years ago
He lost weight got fit and takes his meds and touch wood he’s had nothing since.
It’s a very scary thing for you to go through and it effects all ages my husband was in his 40s at the time
Don’t be disheartened or scared you will be ok just follow the advice of your doctors and try to be active and you will get there 🥰🥰🥰
A good acronym we use in Australia is FAST for signs of a stroke Facial drooping. Arms see if they can put their arms up Slurred speech Time, ring emergency no I I’m hoping no one on here has another stroke or goes through a stroke ever ❤️❤️it’s awful but it can hit any age or healthy or unhealthy 🥲

I will tell you, as much as Heather brought it on herself last season, I think she’s actually been more down to earth , more chill and kinda cool this season… the way she talks and reacts Gina is the biggest bit^h on the show

I'm confused, did he have blood clots, a hole in his heart (he mentioned both) or a TIA which he mentioned on TMZ. What is a TIA? How was it treated? He doesn't have a hole in his heart anymore? How was it not an issue until now?
