To answer your question, the last time I can remember seeing Albedo was this summer in Simulanka! The info he dropped at the end has me sooo excited for a return to Dragonspine and Mondstadt as a whole soon… speaking as a Genshin girlie who remembers playing before Dragonspine was added to the game 🥹 Yup, the nostalgia is real!!

The issue comes with 2 things for me:
1. You cannot skip quests. Some yapping goes on soooo much.
2. With how overwhelmed I can get, doing events on multiple accounts is exhausting. Like the last event with Ororon and Citlali, I had to do the event on 3 accounts and I was also sick in the week I wanted to do it in which yes was the last week but still. And since I cannot go through all days playing solely Genshin for all my time aside from work, it does get a bit too much. Originally I only took care of 2 of my accounts (one EU main and one EU semi-F2P while my friend who kinda needed a lot of money due to personal issues did my US main), but now he has a job I take care of all my accounts. But even when I was just focusing on 2, it was a lot at times. If you can get through a whole week doing just Genshin then yes, starting a new account could be fun, otherwise not so much

i think that nostalgia is also an indication that the early regions had better story telling.
now it's just a case of being a "showroom" for the new gacha to be gambled for.
i will say Furina's arc was very good, from being introduced as the bratty queen to the revelation of her ordeal of centuries.

first I've heard of her being called Hydro Yoimiya and can admit to seeing it... but i just don't like that cartoony shark, it looked so awful in that first sneak preview but looking back now it's the least of the Natlan cheap gimmicks.
I'll stick with my fireworks queen thank you
