I agree Prices are not realistic. Plus you have not addressed the elephant in the room....what proof can you provide from the Design architects and Designing engineers offices that demonstrates clearly that you have provided this project that modern EARTHQUAKE construction design and that it has in fact been build into these structures ?....

This project, like almost 90% of all projects we have on offer have been build either after 2000, or even 2017, like this one for example. Why these 2 dates matter you may ask? Well thats simply because its during these two dates that the whole construction laws and policies in Turkey radically changed (and the one in 2017 is actually quite strict to an extent that some even say that its stricter than Japanese laws). We are always happy to share full proof of documentation, licenses, permits with all our clients and this one is no exception.
