There has to be a well thought master plan by all professional stake holders from Engineers Geologists Lawyers Environmental experts Planners and ageonomists to advice on greening and Ensure that Master plan is followed and Carrying Capacity of the Capital Land can sustain to avoid sinking of buildings or too high buildings that interfere with Airbases around the city
