I am doing LP for with/sushi using arbitrum because I remember how uni rewarded folks for doing lp. Hoping in a year or two they create a token and give us some good tokens for providing lps.
HelloIm really new to crypto and I am trying to understand what are the benefits or why would I use a later 2 to buy crypto like it was done on this video instead of using an exchanges like binance?
For beginners I'd always recommend going with a centralized exchange. It's much easier to get into, the integrated graphs are very helpful and saves you having to learn the whole separate system. You won't notice the extra fast transactions anyway. And these airdrop videos are a great way to learn about the different projects with a little extra disposable money. Be sure to trade a lot more than what the videos tell you, I've missed out on a couple because I hadn't traded enough.

Will the time of several days to transfer back to layer 1 or ever be normal? I dont understand yeh the gas is cheaper, but the dapp i need the swapped coin on is not compatible with Arbitrum. How do I cash out to fiat is another question without going back to layer 1?
I'm new to crypto. How can I buy arbitrum? It's token or coin. I want to invest in this project. Same my friend he bought matic when it's too cheap. Can I do same. Any explanation , sorry I'm new to crypto
If I want to do on multiple wallets, do you think I need to bridge from mainet to arbitrum on all of them, or is using the swap protocol emough to make me elligible?
@@1LifeInvestments Did you bridge on all your wallets? Same question goes for Optimism actually. Because what I wanted to do was to transfer from a wallet to another using Arbitrum directly and then just swap on Uniswap and repeat. Chico crypto in one of his videos mentionned the initial bridging but I think what would make you elligible is the actual use of the protocol not the bridge.
Are you talking about connecting one wallet to arbitrum, transfer eth using the bridger and then use another bridge on arbitrum to transfer to optimism? I actually conmected both the wallets to arbitrum and optimish and used the swap few times just to be safe! But you never know what the criteria might be, maybe just bridging might be enough too!
Does someone know If i can buy ohm over arbitrum and stake it on Olympus protocol? I mean... I will try it but if someoned did it... What was the experience and were there any problems?
Is it likely you have to leave all the eth you bridge to L2 to qualify for the potential airdrop? Will you not be eligble if you transfer everything back even if you bridged and swapped on arbitrum?
There is likely no airdrop. Devs have stated on several occasions that ETH is the Arbitrum token. They have also specifically stated on several occasions that they *will not* create an Arbitrum token.
Arbitrum might actually might not do one, but optimism and zksync possible will before arbitrum! Check that out guys also a guide on zksync is being done!

Will do!
Great and useful video, thanks 👍
Thanks man!
Thank you sir… Big fan…

Lp?

Thanks for making a guide for us plebs!!! :)
No problem, hopefully that airdrop comes along some day! 😀
This is the info i need thanks
You're welcome!
Great job thanks
No worries! Thank you!
Congrats. I've a lot of doubt about this nerwork yet.
Are u using it?
Thank you. Super informative!
Glad it was helpful!
Cheers bro 🤝
Cheers! 🍻🍻
Are there any recent updates on this project? Is it too late to move funds over and use the exchange to be included in the airdrop?
No, probably not too late.
Worth a shot u never know mate!

Layer 2 enable faster transactions ans throughput

Do you have to use Ethereum Layer 1 for the Airdrop, or can I go through polygon to Layer 2 Eth?
SOrry man not sure, i would say as long as you use the platform you should be okay!
Hi is it safe to connect ur MM wallet on Arbitrum/Optimism/Hot Protocol? Bc I see that u used a wallet with 0 funds… so is it really safe or not?

If they do make an airdrop, what do you think will be needed to qualify for it? Just interact with it? Or hold some tokens on their network?
Use the official bridge + interact with the Blockchain like a transfer or a swap "Probably"
Yup thats what i have been doing! 🤞

How can I buy arbitrum?
It's token or coin.
I want to invest in this project.
Same my friend he bought matic when it's too cheap.
Can I do same.
Any explanation , sorry I'm new to crypto
There is no Arbitrum token....yet. You need to send ETH to the Arbitrum network and do a swap on it.
Thanks for helping @mk out! 🙂
sorry for my bad english.
is bridging from optimism network to arbitrum counted as "interact?"
Not sure to be honest!
Do you think the airdrop will include folks who experimented in their RinkArby testnet bridge?
Hmm dont know to be honest! I would say just try using the protocol!
If I want to do on multiple wallets, do you think I need to bridge from mainet to arbitrum on all of them, or is using the swap protocol emough to make me elligible?
Honestly noone knows the criteria if there will be an airdrop! But i have done swaps on multiple wallets just in case 😀

If there is a potencial airdrop where I will receive arbitrum token? Thank you for the video.
On the same wallet that you used to interact with arbitrum!
Pleas is actually the Airdrop ?
Is the coin you swapped on Arbitrum as same as the coin that has deployed on Ethereum mainnet? Like same address. Thank you
Its a different address on arbitrum!
Does someone know If i can buy ohm over arbitrum and stake it on Olympus protocol? I mean... I will try it but if someoned did it... What was the experience and were there any problems?
If my ethereum is on arbitrum chain how can I get back my funds back to binance to convert it back to usdt?
Ill make an update video soon as i have personally not done that yet!
Does this cost gas in eth
To transfer ETH from L1 to arbitrum yes! Or you can withdraw directly to Arbitrum from exchanges such as binance, Gate.io FTX etc
Great video! Do you think it's a bad idea to return money back to the Ethereum mainnet when you think about the possible airdrop?
I did not transfer a lot so i have left the funds there!
Is it likely you have to leave all the eth you bridge to L2 to qualify for the potential airdrop? Will you not be eligble if you transfer everything back even if you bridged and swapped on arbitrum?
Sorry but I wont be able to tell you even if there will be an airdrop. the rules are just another case!
I heard also that we approve with KYC ,is it true ?
Not sure but i think if you are in US, you cannot receive airdrops!

they have already stated no coin will be dropped.....lets hope so
Yeah, but if you look from a investors standpoint in the project it makes sense for them to introduce one from my perspective
Same statment given by paraswap team..now u can see😂😂

You can head over to the discord chat and see that no token will be dropped for this chain.

There is no arbitrum token. Chainlink is an oracle, two different projects bro!
Is it too late to try this out?
You never know!
Closer to ETH 7 days
Polygon/Matic just a few hours way better
Polygon/Matic is also a lot cheaper, so why use Arbitrum?

not easy all this messing around tbh
Yeah its not for everyone unfortunatley!
