I have been on Plan A for 55 years. Never asked for, or expected backup. I taught my kids the same lesson and they are thriving as young adults. My 82 year old mother goes to work every day, not because she needs the money, but that is what her father taught her. Rise and grind is our new mantra. And your whiskey selections are spot on.
Enjoyed your video and agree with the philosophy - there is no plan B. There are times, of course, where life just shuffles the deck on us and forces us to create a new plan, but there again, once you’ve truly committed, there’s no backup plan. Your daily sipper is nearly impossible to find anymore - at least where I live (Ohio), so I’m nursing the one I’ve got until I can find a replacement. Also agree about ECBP. It’s my very favorite, but I have to travel out of state to find it and there’s no guarantee I’ll find one and even less likely it’ll be at MSRP. Mixer = Evan Williams bottled in bond Daily sipper = Makers 46 Friday night = Barrell Seagrass Impress your guests = Weller Antique 107 Special occasion = Remus Repeal Reserve V or VI (I’ll be opening one of these when my daughter gets married this summer)
Hello Dan, great list. I love ECBP but have only been able to get one bottle each year over the past two years. I missed out on the Remus V, heard that it was legendary. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding.
I would add WT 101 Rye ,Nothing wrong with the OF I just prefer the WT which many years ago was my first Rye ,same price range and easy to find again, it wasn't available for a while but alls good now .✌️🥃keep up the good work.
Hey Michael, I'll soon start including Scotch. Just bought another bottle of Ugadeil. I'm working on a video Scotch for Bourbon drinkers, be on the look out.
I came for the whiskey, but left inspired! 🥃🔥 Keep doing this!
Thank you so much Andrew. This really moves me.

Thank you Ronnie, this post warms my heart.
Really enjoyed your presentation: the inspiration at the end was great too!
Thank you Quinton, its more about helping people than it is about whiskey.
Your final 4 are all allocated where I live. I've been looking for your daily sipper for months.
Check out my video on best bourbons under $50.
I’m going on a restock run this weekend. Thanks for some things to look for.
You're welcome Kevin, thanks for watching.

Never had the Willette, but otherwise perfect list! Keep up the good work!
Thank you Dan, really appreciate it.
Don't recall Jack Daniel's being a bourbon? Isn't it a whiskey sour mash?
Its a Tennesse bourbon but you can call it whiskey if you prefer.
Great video as usual.
Really appreciate the continued support.
There is no other way. Amen.
Thanks brother.
What about Scotch?

@@riseandgrind1911 Ugy is good, I like the Coryvecken a bit more, but it also costs a bit more.
@@michaelhassler7446 I've got a bottle of Cory that's one pour from being done. I love the high proof but likely wont restock.
