Thanks 🥳 guys for your support 🤪
Wow! Great recipe! Thank you. In US we call Medlars, Loquats. So nice to be able to use the seeds. Blessings from Florida 🌴🐢🌺🐊🪸🐠🌊⚡️🌀🚀😎
Thanks 🥳 big hug 🤗 from Italy
In Australia, we also call them loquats. Delicious fruit. I did not know we could use the stone.
Thanks for sharing 😉👍🏼 keep us updated with the liquor 🥃
This is such underrated channel! I love your videos! Yor really show true treasures of Italy! Thank you!
Thanks 🤗 please share the videos with friends and family
Made it here in Los Angeles this week and it came out perfectly. I'm glad I tripled the batch. Thank you very much for the recipe and the excellent video. I look forward to making this every year and to surfing your other offerings. Grazie ancora dalla California!
Spectacular 🥳 thanks for sharing your experience and the videos with friends and family 😎
Thank you for this nice recipie . Keep up the good work
Thanks Daniel 🥳
Thank you for this recipe. Our loquat tree finished fruiting, we collected the seeds and made this excellent drink. I substituted Xylitol for sugar and it works beautifully. Greetings from Vic, Australia. 👍
Spectacular 🥳 thanks for sharing your experience 👍🏼 and advice
I used unrefined cane sugar and rum, and no water! I let it stand for over 2 years, and now since I watched your video, I realise that I used far too many nispero stones. So, now I will mix my liqueur with more rum and raw cane sugar. Thank you for sharing your video, it has been very helpful!
Keep us updated with the tasting
Muito fácil de fazer e fica espetacular.
Grazie ☺️
Discovered your channel today and just love your recipes. I am looking for a recipe for Honey Liquor. Was given a bottle from Portugal and it was amazing. Have not been able to find it again and when I came across your channel I was hoping I would be able to make it myself. Ciao
Ok 👍🏼 I will try 😉
Never heard u can use these kernels for making smth). In Russia we call the fruit Mushmula, now it mostly imported to us from Egypt and Turkey. Need to try to make the liquor when it'll be a season for the fruits and sure we have plenty of Vodka here))
😂👍🏼🤪 keep us updated
We missed you, Andrea! ❤️
Thanks ☺️ for your support
Grazie Andrea. Half of my loquats are ready to eat now. I'll begin the process today and try make wine with the flesh at sime time
🥳 keep us updated 👍🏼
Really don't know what is this recipe but it may be nice or spectacular keep it up 👍
It is 😉 thanks 🥳
I have never heard of this tree.
I am intrigued.
And I am still thirsty, all over again.
😉 if you find it 👍🏼 keep us updated
Hello again. Does the fruit around the stone have a vulgar nickname? If so, I think I found it! 😑😁🙄
@b_ks 🤔 why? We call it nespole
I really don't know much about loquat fruits but it sure looks interesting. Would you think you could make something like this with Rose hips, please Andrea? Keep your show going ❤️❤️
Hi 👋🏼 thanks for your support 🤗
Rose hips are very different 🤔 but probably you can use them instead of cherry 🍒😉 and follow my cherry liquor recipe
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Great tip. Thank you so much. Will try it and post you on the result. Cheers 🍸😀
Thanks 🥳 yes 👍🏼 let us know
Hello, thanks for your details instruction. I have a small suggestion that you can also introduce Italian popular wine accompaniment for your liquor in Italy. It will be more special
Thanks for the idea 👍🏼 I done it in some videos but usually I paired with appetizers 🤪
Nice videos
Make a video of making beer with dry malt extract please
Thanks for the advice 👍🏼
Hi we call them loquats medlar are quit different I make it with the fruit as well as the stone and it is very almond like
Correct 👍🏼 probably my translation is wrong 😑
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato well done for the recipe Andrea, unfortunate about the translation. Loquat is orange like whereas medlar, Mespilus germanica are brown flat round fruit a bit like the fruit on a rose flower.
😩 thanks for your help
We call them nisperos in Argentina
Thanks for sharing the name from your country 👍🏼
🙏
😉👍🏼🥳
Dear sir, I live in Australia, where can I get the stones, are they available in Australia? Thank you for the great recipes. I make my own alcohol so I have no trouble getting the 96%alcohol.
Sorry I don’t know 😬 probably you have it too it’s original from Japan
I've seen them at some markets before. I have a tree here in Perth and it's fruiting right now.
Thanks Daniel for your help 👍🏼
Thank you for your help. I will try to find them
Hi there, how do u make your own alcohol?
Looks like loquat fruit, not medlar.
Yes 😱 you are right 🥺 I have done a wrong translation 😢
Can you make sauerkraut ? 😀
🤔 I will make some research 🧐👍🏼
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato its difficult thats why i ask you. I make all the time and my best fermenting duration i got was 2 weeks. Then it converts to vinegar. 😯
😬
I don't understand; you had far fewer than 100 stones in the video. Did you scale down the water and alcohol quantities in the video from what is listed in the recipe?
My stones were very small unfortunately
First view
🥳 spectacular
When you say 100 stones, you mean like 100 literally, or 100 grams?
Check the list ingredients under the video 😬 sorry I don’t remember by memory
Don't know those fruits, never saw them around here or in supermarket...
We have in Italy but it is from Japan
Just harvest about 25kg and finished processing it into fruit and seeds. I’ve got nearly 1000 seeds that I will try your recipe and alter with other flavours to have a play around…..
Now wtf do I do with 20Kg of Loquat fruit flesh? 😂
😂 keep us updated
You can make jam 😉
Not “vodka”, that's right “gorilka”🇺🇦
Horilka, vodka, gorilka, you can use all of them 😉 or white rum
Please do bear without hops with new techniques
I will make something similar 😉
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato eagerly waiting for that video.. ❤️😎
🥳
back at it again with another spectacular recipe video!! do you have a twitter?
Thanks 🥳
No sorry but I have instagram
