Yeah, the Disciple has been on my want list for a very long time. I'm a sucker for that style of hilt. I totally don't mind the older Sabercore veteran electronics, either. I see that we're both catching up on some of our reviews, lol
This is a nice Saber. Perfect mix or silver/grey to black hilt. Could easily be a Dark or Light side user. Love that emitter style to those slit windows are mint.
It's a small thing, but I think that the activation button is blue. So many are red, even when you change the blade color (if the saber has this functionality). I'm not sure if it is blue because this blade a static choice of blue, but the blue ring brings a certain elegance and makes it stand out against a lot of the alternatives
First ever saber was the older version of the adamant from saberforge but was initially torn between that and this hilt. Ended up going with the adamant because I like the style of clan-type sabers but was very very close to buying the disciple.
I've been looking at this saber on their website for a while now. I think the design is really good, and I think it does look great in the medium blue. Another great review!
I had my eye on that one since it has the windows in the emitter, which is something that I really like. but the Acolyte shoto and Sentinel that I have now kind of fill that niche for me. The kill key switch is a neat add on so I may have to find one.

Hello i have a question i want to buy this exact hilt but empty and then install a neopixel core from padawan outpost but i want to know will the neopixel core fit in that hilt even though the inner diameter in this hilt 1.1 inch and the neopixel core is 1 inch
If you get the regular Disciple empty, no. If you get the Eco Disciple empty, and the Padawan Outpost core is LGT compatable, then yes it should totally work.

Certainly one of their better hilt designs. Simple and elegant with a good amount of detial
I agree, it's my favorite Apprentice hilt and one of my favorite SF hilts.

This was my first SF saber. I really like it a lot, looks good and it handles really well because of how light it is.

Nice saber design. Almost so basic that it's almost completely unique. Only thing I don't like about Saber Forge is their prices.
They are more than some for sure. I like that they sell LGT sabers now too.
