Marine is hurt because Shion touched her boob or something but claims to not remember it. She said that Shion not remembering it is what makes Shion the bad guy. This makes sense.
If it was just some playful teasing, but didn't go very far, and Shion admits that she was just playing, then it's whatever. But if she is denying it happening, then from Marine's perspective it feels like Shion was acting without owning up to the consequences. Then the situation comes across as predatory and borderline molestation. Marine is basically telling Shion to not fool around with her if she doesn't mean it and can own up to it. If Shion acknowledges what happened, they can discuss what Shion's intentions were. I think Marine would have been fine with this, even if Shion had said that she was just playing. Shion probably regretted it, or she's used to having this close physical dynamic with others (Matsuri) and naively expected Marine to be really accepting and not take it seriously.
And maybe it's simply that Shion was caught off guard and didn't want to have this kind of discussion publicly. Sure, Shion have hinted at doing things with Matsuri, but actually saying details like that she did X or Y is different. I'm not sure if the public discussions about Matsuri+Shion ever got as steamy as Marine intended to steer this discussion, and that level may have crossed her public border of comfort.

Something definitely happened, the real question is : Did Shion really forget or is hiding it? (whatever it is). Alcohol can cause memory loss so its not that far fetched that she would forget, on the other hand that pause at the end is very suspicious.

Yeah, after watching Marine's most recent stream, and then this translated clip, the picture is pretty clear to me. Shion tried multiple times to initiate the act with Marine, but Marine didnt respond in kind, instead just waiting for Shion to keep elevating things. That backfired, Shion was discouraged to continue, and is now trying to deny it all by saying she doesnt remember doing it. The end result is that both are feeling awkward, and Marine feels like she was played with, when really she just missed her golden chance by being too hesitant and scared. Ironically enough, her fear of getting rejected prevented her from getting what she desires so much.
I do think that Shion just wanted to have sex simply, and not a relationship. But in any case, that opportunity is sadly gone now.

I feel like this is the most reasonable explanation. On top of this Shion may have been drunk enough to have very fuzzy memories of what she did but doesn't want to be embarrassed so says she remembers nothing to avoid finding out and to avoid responsibility. I know I've made that excuse after doing dumb things drunk that I barely remember.

Shion may want to blame her lacking memory on the alcohol and sleepiness as is very common once you are sobering up and remember embarrassing things you did. But I also believe that Shion really doesn't remember anything extreme happening but what did happen still makes her embarrassed. So just in case she did something too embarassing she wants Marine to shut up about it. The fact that instead of asking for clarification she straight up denies everything shows to me that she is less than certain. If it was just Marine's usual antics Shion would let her say what she wants and then deflect. To me it seems Marine is so intent on sharing it, because keeping quiet is the same as denying it ever happened and to her that's sadder than ridicule or shame.

In the first offcolaboration tomoe and sukoya drank so much that they forgot some things. so marine might be angry and sad that Shion doesn't remember (it doesn't seem to be something embarrassing like vomiting etc) 2) Marine is inventing things to create a lore between them, their collaborations are very popular and reach 30k easy, now many of us are following this story and what will happen in the future. 3) could be anything

Shion probably remembers to a certain extent, and either she did the more extreme things which the alcohol made her forget, or Marine is exaggerating accidental skinship that happened when Shion was half asleep.
If they did get drunk, this is just Shion's way of disassociating from the situation and using the good old "I don't remember that" excuse. I mean, you can clearly hear Marine being hurt with Shion's words and Shion has the lower tone of voice that liars tend to use.
