Please avoid the colourful plastic vessels and plates which are harmful and use stainless steel or glass containers.l have noted piping hot dishes being transferred to plastic plates to cut them to pieces in the course of cooking. Also today non-stick is considered harmful and many a times the frying pans used are at the verge of retirement. Please use iron or ceramic coated vessels. Pudhuyugam is doing a great job but these plastic colourful containers make the table look not eye catching but a bit cheap.
You have brought the vadai dough from house after retaining as dough for 4 hours and after you gave it to tv lady,,when she asked you about hole, you say it was only 2 hours aftesince a soaking the dough , and if the dough was soaked for 4 hours,the hole would have been still deeper.Which is true? 2 hours or 4 hours, you have soaked your home made brought dough?
