Hodong actually did very well damn. For someone who has no dance background, doesn’t dance and probably lacks flexibility, he’s good! Not to mention he’s not young anymore but props to him for actually learning it properly. Can’t wait to see the end product!
Athletes at the level Hodong was at in his prime usually pick up dancing pretty fast as they are pretty light on their feet to begin with and have good body control. I've noticed over the years on shows like Dancing with the Stars that athletes usually do quite well even with no dance background because they know how to move their feet, are not averse to practice, and they are almost always very competitive and if you challenge them they want to master it.

Seulgi hits every beat perfectly. She has incredible timing and rhythm! I love how sharp her movements are! Her popping and locking executions are also impressive! Irene makes it look so effortless. How can I explain it... she puts emphasis on certain dances that are very eye catching! I love how she does that slow twerking dance right before they start the 2and verse as the instrumental plays!
