Finally getting my adjustment from Dr. Daina Patel😀. She is an amazing chiropractor and has her own uniqe skills.
We both graduated from NYCC in New York State, but have our own way of treating or adjusting our patients. What I love to share is that all chiros around the globe have their own unique skills and experience to help their patients reach their ultimate goals.
Dr. Daina adjusted me with traditional chiro and soft tissue release. You will notice in the video that she is pressing and holding with her hands on softtissues to allow trigger points to be released which will reduce muscle tension.
