With domestic America toys... the bright colors are cartoon accurate like filmation or super7 stuff and all those cell shade Marvel stuff. The old android 16, I almost want to say it is cartoon accurate because of the flat bright color. The new 16, to me; seem bounded to reality as if he is in real life.
