Hi! I have 3 tips for GM’s looking to be a JD, here is the list. 1. You need to be a General Manager. 2. You need to get a member of the Corporate team to verify that you are 13+ and have safe-chat disabled. 3. Be professional, be active, and assist at trainings to have a chance at Junior Director. Also, I recommend having at least 1,000 minutes for the week and 3 trainings done!
@@obvilauren 1k minutes is what I recommend to get JD and even at that, I think its a bit much. I got JD 8 months ago and I think I only had got around 600 minutes that week. Idk how many minutes to recommend anymore. 😭
