No wonder a large proportion of the newly infected people are below 30. They should've learned from the earthquake and even the recent outbreak on the cruise ship, but they don't and they never will. When will "life" become the priority, here in Japan?

Is not " New Hot Spot " a more accurate term to use than " Epicenter " ? When used to describe a Volcano Eruption, there is only ONE EPICENTER ....followed by many aftershocks . Similarly, for this Pandemic, the Epicenter was and still is Wuhan, China. The rest, like Taiwan, Thailand South Korea , Italy and beyond ... are are linked directly or indirectly to that Single Epicenter : "aftershocks " if you like
