It depends on which Wagner machine you're talking about (the AutoRight is in a similar price point to the Neat™ so we're guessing this is the one you're talking about) and what you want to use the machine fore. In this case, the Neat™ has a bigger boiler which means more steam cleaning time, and comes with a few more tools (ie: tube extenders, floor tool, and more microfiber cloths) which make it a more well rounded multi-purpose machine to use all around your home (and car!).

My SIL has kept an extraordinarily clean home for years. But, even in her house, I could see the difference after she got the Dupray. It actually looked like they'd put in a new kitchen and bathroom! I ordered one on Amazon for $150, which is a lot, for me right now. But it should save us the high cost of safe, "natural" cleaners, the excessive elbow grease needed with most DIY cleaners, and the toxicity of standard cleaning products. But, to each their own. 🤷♀️
