We're just going to completely overlook the fact that everyone is just... fine with this 31 year old woman hanging out with a hunch of 14 year old kids?? As friends, not as a babysitter or adult figure?? What in the hell???
It has been reported that she was indeed grooming mainly the girls. Her relationship to them seemed very suspicious, many parents were concerned and from memory she was investigation and had court dates etc
The problem is, even if there was "things to do" for teenagers in this town, no one would use it for long, or treat it with respect. Todays kids are forever changing their attention spans, they like 1 thing for a minute then forget about it and move onto the next, if there was a service or centre build for teens and kids to gather and do things at, it wouldn't hold attention for very long and be a huge waste of money and time.
