Wow, what a day Steve. I love Stanton moor but have never seen conditions like that before. I must try and get there before Autumn is over as the silver birches there are lovely aren’t they?
Amazing conditions Steve, and you did them justice with your great photos. Out of interest, when was this? I went out early last Friday hoping for an inversion, but when I drove past Winster and Birchover, there was no sign of mist. I ended up at Padley Gorge and there wasn't a cloud in the sky! Please don't tell me I missed out!!
