You may be wondering if this is too weird for Kazuya.
Dude has used his dad as a human shield against his evil demon twin, thrown in volcanos multiple times, and shot into space on a rocket, literally, tied onto a rocket.
Being launched at incredible speeds with a crew of weirdos is entirely an experience Kazuya's familiar with.
This is definitely Tekken levels of weird. If anything, he feels at home.
I'm just happy that he still has his piranha plant child with him, its too cute.
He had no right to wear the Captain's helmet after what he did in his reveal trailer.

Just got revived and is already helping out. That Sonic's a trooper.
Same for Dedede. Just got revived and he went to Elden Ring universe + got to kick Sephiroth's ass.
Simon/Richter- Just got revived and participates in the Zelda arc
Samus- Gets back from Metroid Dread and gets right onto reviving the spacies
Zelda characters- Get home from the Zelda arc and immediately help revive the Pokémon (as well as Banjo and Kazooie, who are revived just before the Pokémon arc)
Shulk- Just got revived and gets to work bringing back ROB and Megaman
Min Min- Just got revived and helps with their plan to bring back the inklings
BONUS ONES:
Ryu and Ken- Go camping with the others right after being revived expecting it to go better
Ness and Lucas- Help revive Min Min right after their revival (and by that I mean had and was eating what just so happened to be Min Min's revival item while watching someone get tortured lol)

@@Mike14264 You got it wrong. The time posts are repeatedly stated to be game mechanics. Even then, it's stated that Sonic's speed is what activates the time warp. You won't time travel if you just pass one, you have to build up speed.

It’s not because he’s weak, it’s because Sonic isn’t the “chosen one.” The only reason Shulk can wield the Monado was because the god Zanza was lying dormant in Shulk’s body. If Zanza isn’t giving the wielder power, or if they disobey his will, the Monado can mortally wound or even kill them.
I guess in this universe, Zanza is in Sonic’s body too

It'll be interesting how they do Pyra/Mythra, especially whether they are considering this (SPOILERS) is before or after Rex shared that symbiotic bond with them. If Sephiroth killed them, that means he also killed Rex.

Updated of the remaining dead fighters: Marth, Lucina, Roy, Chrom, Pit, Dark Pit, Snake, Ike, Wii Fit Trainer, Little Mac, Palutena, Pac-Man, Robin, Cloud, Corrin, Joker, Byleth, Pyra/Mythra, and Mii Brawler/Swordfighter/Gunner.
I believe I know of how to revive the Mii fighters, since we are the ones who customize our Miis inside the Mii Channel, they can go inside the Mii Channel and make the Miis to look similar as the Miis fighters to be their replacement. Although, I have a feeling that they would mistaken Mii Gunner as Sans, Cuphead, or Doom Guy since we always have them on those costumes.
