Been watching DF play this game a lot. Looks really fun. But also weird to see people play it slowly and not attempt to speedrun (and fail a lot). And not running all over, open free chests immediately. 🤣 Survival Game vs a Roguelike Dungeon Crawler.
For you to survive more than 10 seconds against bosses: get ALOT of buffs, try progressing trough TOOLS fast. you dont need armor for the first 2 days. Also, if you build high enough, the monsters will spawn but wont detect you ( wont attack you).
kaif here is a tip if you would like to find rocks fast early and shrooms turn off the grass i also recommended turning off the sun (this is client sided so it wont make a difference for others turning off the grass makes it look kinda like Minecraft grass and turning off the sun makes you not go blind from looking over in that direction (when a enemy is over there you will be able to see the enemy with the sun off) also red mushrooms heal yellow fill hunger rainbow is all and purple is stamina coal or black looking chests are free to open and search for huts they usually have good loot when getting ores it’s following the upgrade path so its rock to wood > iron (gold is the same lvl as iron so iron or gold however gold can only be mined w iron and up never make gold tools or armour because it is useless make iron tools)> mithril > adamantine. adamantine is also the only tools currently that can destroy everything, take this info as you please Kaif and anyone else reading i hope you have a fun time playing muck!!!
There's an interesting video by the creator of this game. If memory serves he slapped it together almost overnight purely because one of his commentors said he couldn't. There's a hard mode that is truly mental.
i suggest trying to search for caves and structures such as cabins and wagons, caves have a chance of spawning with the most op weapon in the game, Nightblade, cabins have a chance to give you mithril, gold, and iron aswell as spawning with an item about mithril, gold, and iron. And wagons can contain the same thing as cabins
The game is a pure simple survival charm, like minecraft but with rust, valheim and TABG-esque mixed in it and it felt great playing it for a while. Would recommend to play both alone and with friends
@@youseemerage9711 Find a shipwreck (using a ship map you can find on abandoned homes or caves) and repair it. It will need a lot of minerals (both rare and common), wood, and boss-specific items: Ancient Core and five Gems. Ancient Cores can potentially be dropped by Big Chunk or Gronk, but the 5 Gems can only be obtainable by finding five different statues of the new third Boss (will be marked on the map if you find the Gem Map on the shipwreck chest). After that, you set sail and fight the Final Boss. You will need to grind a fair bit to get all the materials to need to repair the ship, probably a minimum of 4 days. As someone who had just beaten the game solo on normal difficulty, I'd recommend you start repairing the shipwreck only if you have the following: have a full set of adamantite tools and sword and at least a full set of mithril armor. If you want to fight the final boss, I'd recommend at least getting a full set of adamantite armor, one of the three great swords (Chunky Hammer, Gronk's Sword, Night Blade), an Oak Bow and lots of Food and Ammunition. Also try to get at least one Sniper Scope upgrade. Also, here's a tip I have for the new third boss to save yourself a lot of frustration, although you can ignore this part if you don't want mild spoilers. The new boss (you will have to fight him 5 times btw to repair the shipwreck) will rarely use an unavoidable attack that can potentially one-hit ko you without proper armor. To avoid this, you absolutely NEED a few wooden walls so you don't get absolutely melted. If you see him charging up, place a wooden wall in front of you and let it act as a barricade to block the attack.

On another note...in this game rather than building a house i think building a multi walled fortress would be a better idea since even though the walls won't stop the rocks they apparently stop mobs from entering the enclosure. Build staircases to get in and out instead of doors (since i don't remember seeing it having actual doors anyway). Granted probably won't be able to finish it on day 1 so i'd say the first day or 2 should be gathering resources (with only making a throwaway crafting table, smithy, furnace, and cauldron) and running from enemies and then finally building the fortress base on day 3 after gathering enough materials. If Bows are in the games then getting 2 to 4 towers on each side/edge would also allow you to fire from safety (likely the only way to beat Gronk...granted think you probably need better armor to live his attacks).

tbh, this game is easy if you catch on with the mechanics if not it would be a nightmare as day's pass by it gets harder and harder which is why cheesing the mobs and challenging statues to get gold to open chest is OP sadly not alot of peps understand how this works, building bases is pointless
