I was diagnosed with ALS a year ago. I can feel my body disappearing right under me. The cost of drugs are so expensive.

My heart is with you and anyone who has this and for their loved ones. I don't have that but I do have a rare genetic syndrome. So I understand in my own way. Blessings to you all.

I understand this as I have been diagnosed with ALS, I am trying to learn the timeline of progression. It seems to vary and hoping I am lucky. Take care all. Good luck to all.

My girlfriend just found out she got it, but now it's progressing really badly. She cannot walk, she cannot really do much for herself. Now she is using an oxygen pump to breath. Her voice is getting so low. She is in the state Brian is in.
