Great video man! I would sit through the fire to eat some ramen as long as the flames weren't close lol

@@DetroitFoodReview lol, the flames didn’t look too nearby, it was the amount of smoke they were willing to sit through. Thanks man!

Looks delicious, but oof! You can get a good bowl of ramen in Tokyo for $10 and this one is double at $20. 😅

@@ropro9817 yeah the exchange rate between the Yen and the CAD means a good bowl of ramen can be had for less the $10 CAD. Problem is if you don’t live in Japan, you have to factor in the cost of ✈️ ticket. Love 🇯🇵 though. If you haven’t, please checkout my Japan videos

Different ingredients, different labour costs, different food costs, etc... Totally different economy. Not an accurate comparison.

You can't compare pricing from Japan to Toronto. That's like trying to compare sushi from Japan to Canada

How does this compare to Isshin? I'm told isshin is the best in Toronto. I've been a few times don't find it all that special

I like ramen issin, they were one of the earlier spots that had a tsukemen (dipping ramen) so I am a big fan. This, generally speaking, has more of the toppings for a standard order. Lots of bean sprouts, really thick cut chasu, and the broth is fattier than most. If that's your thing, you're gonna like Buta-Nibo more.
