I don't know how to label my experience. This one night, I was so tired physically, mentally, and emotionally and was putting myself to bed. It takes me awhile to sleep, so while i had my eyes closed, I was acknowledging my body position; "I'm laying on my back with my face facing the ceiling". Then as I dozed off..I was dragged into my closet with those doors that slide (my sister always keep them open, but I close the closet doors before I sleep: I'm scared of everything) and that closet was open...me being dragged into it, into a pitch black dimension, being spun like a spiral. It repeated twice, the same exact dragging, into the closet of being spun like crazy. I screamed like crazy the first time became paranormal activity popped up and I was scared out of my mind, but it was muffled. The second time made me realized that the closet has my sister's clothes box in the way so there was no way I'd go through all that (me trying to differentiate reality and the event). The thing is...I already had my eyes closed as if I'm sleeping, but I saw my room with my eyes closed, in that same body sleeping position and closed my eyes shut the second time bc I was scared to look around in the dark (closed my eyes twice when it was already shut??) I didn't see any shadow as people would. It was still strange how I was still able to see my room, the closet, the dark dimension when I already had my eyes shut, TWICE. I was sweating. It felt so real (lucid dreaming??). I felt my real body there laying on my bed as I described earlier, but felt a part of my, my presence getting pulled away. Half and Half. I don't know if it was sleep paralysis. I was aware and tired. I've heard stories about seeing a person or shadow near you and unable to move..my instincts told me to not open my eyes to see the shadow that was possibly there and to not consider this event like paranormal activity. I was scared out of my mind. I believe my mind was playing tricks and making up some of my fears since I was tired that night. It had not happened since then and I hope NEVER in dream or reality.

And if you didn't still continue to fall asleep and still awake, get up and don't continue sleeping and eat/drink, that's it. I really believe in ghost since were in a holiday house and my mum had a hard time there. She told me she saw the lights turning on and off upstairs and heard some footstep. We were 7 in this house and only my uncle and mum heard/saw these things. I didn't since I was in a deep sleep lol.

Then I saw a man coming to my bed and then sat on it. Then I was scared to death. That’s it.

I experienced sleep paralysis too. I was sleeping in the middle of the night then I woke up in my dream but I can't move my body then I saw something approaching me and I tried to shout but I can't because there's no sound comes out of my mouth and after that I woke up.

I always heard about idols got slesp paralysis. Well I get it too. I always get it. Maybe about 10 times this month. But before that, in my dream, I will be dreaming about ghosts, or things like that, or not getting any dreams at all. It feels suffocating and I can't move nor breath. There once I can't breath about 15 minutes... It scares the hell out of me everytime

I really believe in ghost since were in a holiday house and my mum had a hard time there. She told me she saw the lights turning on and off upstairs and heard some footstep. We were 7 in this house and only my uncle and mum heard/saw these things. I didn't since I was in a deep sleep lol.

It’s not exactly a ghost story, it’s called sleep paralysis, and it can end VERY badly, your own mind can basically kill itself, but that’s an extreme but given how tired idols can get, it’s possible.
