I don't know why this is just getting in my recommended but as somebody who grew up going to the Minnesota State Fair! I can confirm many people eat at least one bucket a day or more. They are the most addicting cookies in the world. They even sell the dough at a grocery store so you can have the cookies year round.

0:16 (48÷2)+48=72 cookies. 78 calories are in in one standard chocolate chip cookie. 72×78=5,616 so that guy is saying "I eat 5,616 calories in cookies a day".

Keep in mind the fair isn't a year xD
*He* needs approximately 2500 calories to maintain energy for being awake. If he's working for many hours, he will need about 3000 calories to maintain his energy. And of course if he is an athlete or into a hobby where he's being physical for a length of time, he'll need a little more.
It wouldn't hurt him to cut back to half of his intake. A bucket and a half does exceed his daily recommended caloric intake.

Besides, do you think that sugar is in ANY way alright to ingest? Anyways, as much as I'd like to go on and on about the daily diet we have been influenced by, but it's entirely depressing. This is just a side note, but shit like "Yellow-5" and "Red-40", and many other "Artificial food dyes" are extracted from PETROLEUM byproducts. So many ingredients in our foods we "Enjoy" are derived from something toxic, poisonous, or inedible. Hell, did you know that with the state of our world's air quality from factories, cars, etc. Is so utterly bad that children are now born with plastic in their bloodstream and tissue? Anyways, I know we were speaking of concerns about diabetes and sugar; my point is clearly you don't know nearly as much as you might, especially regarding health topics.
