I’d not have bothered to watch this “click-bait”….If not for the fact that it brought back memories of my childhood, and my old dad’s sawmill, (he’d be 100 yrs old today!) with 12 children. I wouldn’t have watched even halfway thru. But sawing lumber PROPERLY to get maximum lumber, minimum scrap, best straight quality boards, etc with absolutely ZERO (slivers or) injuries with these antique sawmills was a true art. Every single building was made with his own lumber from trees on his homestead. The Last Pioneer from Czechoslovakia was my dad.
These guys are pretty useless. Too many wandering around, nobody In Charge of this crew. Should have squared off the log to get clean boards with less scrap-bark, and get better boards….then there’s an ape in the shed!🤣
