Time Traveling to the Middle Ages in Germany! (Mittelaltermarkt Braunfels)

TravelSnip Ep 3 - This is probably the closest I'll ever get to time traveling to the middle ages: visiting a Mittelaltermarkt in Braunfels, Germany! I've always loved movies set in ye olden kingdoms, and that day with the tourney, the knights, the costumes, the music...I vibe.

These medieval markets are always fun. Considering that a lot of the guests are armed, it is mostly totally peaceful. 😁 Only running around with a full suit of armour is hard work. But I love it!

I think they're all real! Another squire dude chopped the axe on the shield afterwards to prove that it's actually doable. But I agree, props to all the guys holding the targets 😆
