Gametophyte in funaria develops from which organ

The spore germinates to form a long filamentous protonema. The protonema forms two types of branches , the chloronemal branches and rhizoidal branches. The chloronemal branches gives rise to many minute buds . Each bud grows into erect leafy gametophore.The gametophyte consist of leafy stems , rhizoids and protonema.
So if you ask what is the first cell of gametophytic generation - that is spore
After the germination of spore a protonema is formed that gives rise to gametophytic generation.
