Question regarding the bathroom count in this house. At one point you showed a “public” bathroom with 2 sinks and 3 water cosets. Would that count as 1 bathroom or 3 towards the total of 25? Thanks

This seems houses like these were never meant to be homes, rather party houses / influencer houses. Amazing home but in your opinion how big is too big for a house like this? How big until you can’t reasonably call it a residential property, more like a commercial property for the specific purpose of content creation
@@sunnyg1187 just to put my two cents in, I believe that size doesn’t matter as much as how the house is designed. The so called “cozy feeling” a house gives.
Hi Enes it's good to see this channel i have and idea for this in base of what i like , will be good if you and your team go visit and show a church converted in a house or a fire station converted in a house and show the before and the after or things weird like that . Hi @Ryan Pineda I’m very impressed how hard work pays off for you to be able to live in mansions like this. This is my dream, but it’s not going to well, so I went back to studing at university to become an electical engineer. I plan to save up money and build something on my own when I get more money in the future.

I have no words ... my mother .... what a piece of house ... if you have a dog, you don't even need to take it out of the enclosure, you can upload it to the roof or to the garden.
And the rooftop ... my God, it does look like the Extremadura pasture !!!! (It is a very important natural reserve in my country, Spain) ... I have no words.

@9:51 WINESTATION: We bought ours less than 2 years ago. It preserves the wine by using argon gas (it’s inert). It’s simple to use & simple to clean. To clean you only need to remove the dispensing head from the top of the used bottle and rinse it off in the sink then place it on the next bottle. We bought ours at Costco for a little under $5000.
This house needs more “Wish” signs… there aren’t nearly enough… shame.
Yes. It is so tacky and smells of desperation. I get advertising, but putting it everywhere like that defeats the purpose. After watching 5 minutes of this video makes me not want anything to do with the wish brand, ever.

I've seen tons of tours of massive homes, but this one honestly is the best one imo, the layout if everything is just how I'd want it, so perfect. Doesn't even feel too much. Love it, looks like a cruise ship stuck on the side of a mountain

Except his bimonthly payment is the cost of 1 average home in a major city like LA...Imagine buying a house EVERY MONTH!! That is not just insane, it is outright foolish, and waste..But, it wasn't his money, so he didn't care.

The question I have is: Are parties really fun and great enough to justify building 9 figure houses just for partying?
I get having a party cellar or something like that in a house that is otherwise built for living in it, but making the whole house about partying to where the "living in it" part becomes an afterthought, that is what I find hard to grasp.
Guess I just never went to the right party.

@Ms Bliss Notch, the guy who made Minecraft and then sold it to Microsoft for 2.5 billion Dollars, bitched and moaned about that. The first thing he did with his money was to buy one of those party mega mansions in LA and having parties with hundreds of strangers every night and ever since he complains on Twitter about how that didn't make him happy and how the money ruined his life.
I personally think his problem isn't the money, but a lack of creativity and ideas what to do with the money, but that is just an aside.
Whether the friends are real or not, I don't get specialized "party mansions" in general.
Rich people generally want to be indoors mostly due to security or paparazzi issues. So their major stay happens in their primary suite. They dont call it bedroom or anything but a primary suite. Most of them range between 2000 sqft to 5000 sqft. This is their living area. This is their home. The bathrooms here are a salon by itself equipped with everything you want. What they have outside their primary bedroom, is their own private 5/7 star hotel with chefs, top of the line staff members and Stay facilities for VVVIP guests who may come to visit you.
Going to a 5 or 7 star hotel where public dwell for such instances means your just upper middle class to these people.

Something underrated is how you guys use music to set the tone for a lot of your videos... the more epic houses have epic music, the classy houses have classical music, the party houses (this one) has more EDM type music... really sets us up for the video good shit man.

Nah, this place is also cheap and low quality, finishing is sub par for that price point, you're paying more for the square footage and plot size. I guarantee that if you'd look closer youd see so many finishing imperfections. Compare this to a stunning architecture, superbly staged, renowned interior designer designed home and you'll know what I mean.
This house reminds me of those nightclubs that are made to look expensive but cheaply if you get me. 4/10 from me tbh

Love the tour from Enes, always great to see him and Mikey mixing it up. That said, this is definitely a house but nowhere close to being a home. It screams late 90's office building/tomb and is about as uninspired and dull as its previous resident.

Enes and Mikey, did you notice how little change is needed for the bowling shot to go straight? A little twist in the wrist, changes the curse of the bowling ball... so, what I would suggest the two of you to be practicing, is having a straight swing from behind and forth wards 3-5 kilograms, (not sure what that is in American pounds of weight) but try it, and then test it next time on a bowling lane
