UCONN looked worn out from Monday night's game which went into overtime. Crisp execution in the first half wasn't there. Seton Hall had something to do with that. What's the deal with the Nike vs Wilson basketball? Don't they all meet the NCAA standard? Maybe they should have checked the air pressure. It may be the hollow floor underneath. In the end, both teams are playing with the same ball. Some sloppy ball handling and passing on S. Carolina's part. Kudos to Aaliyah in her dealing with Boston.
I am sorry but Williams doesn’t deserve to start. She has to be better. It is painful watching her most games. The shots she misses are the basics. How many layups can you miss? After March 1, those who don’t contribute, don’t deserve to play. We have a mild bracket to the final Four so far. However, if some players continue not to score, we won’t make it to the final four. They have the talent to win the championship but not with underperforming players. Let GO huskies!

March 27, 2021- she is playing her best basketball all season now, both offense and defense (defending the other team's toughest non-big offensive player. Geno ha said that if she continues to play the way she is doing now, UConn is a championship team.
Williams' open shots have been really off in the last few games. She is a good defender however. They should give Saylor more playing time so that she can establish a shooting rhythm. I know she's a better shooter than we've seen so far. Maybe swap the two out every 7 minutes. Time to put the egos aside to better the team.
